As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for acting in the
quality assurance of our products and processes, participating in
multi-cultural problem-solving projects and initiatives, developing
inspection plans and corrective action plans related to internal and
external failures, helping on continuously decrease the main quality
KPIs. Along with, recommend modifications to existing processes,
products or standards to achieve better quality levels within our
process’s capability.
Job Description
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality System
- Perform regular internal audits of the Quality System
- Work on samples and pilot batches reviewing quality standards
- Study and prepare internal training material for Quality System procedures
- Oversee the main quality KPIs and develop action plans related to
any undesirable results
- Coordinate quality evaluations, developing reports and leading the
corrective action plans
- Elaborate and coordinate internal Inspection Plans and
Product/Process Audits whenever necessary
- Perform Customer visits to evaluate our product performance and
application when necessary.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday
through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend
work may be required as job duties demand.
Traveling to customers/suppliers and manufacturing plant may be required.
