WEG, a leader in the worldwide production of electric motors supplies
product into a large variety of commercial applications. We are
looking for a Compliance Analyst to work along with the Product
Engineering team on electric motors related subjects.
Duties of the Compliance Analyst include support on new product
developments, maintain company’s product certification documentation,
communicate with certification organizations for new applications and
solutions, monitor project progress, participate on audits, organize
reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to management. The ideal
candidate should have effective communication, critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Previous experience in product compliance is
not mandatory but very welcomed. Ultimately, a successful Compliance
Analyst will be working with WEG worldwide team, to guarantee the
products conformance, allowing new business and increasing company’s
market share.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Research and implement industry compliance regulations and policies
- Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned role
and training
- Utilize best practices to improve products and services around
compliance deliverables and requirements
- Organize activities for short term or sub-project/components with
support of related experts
- Support internal and external audit activities including
assessments and evidence reviews, coordinating audit response across departments
Required Sills and Qualifications
- Science Associate Degree
- 1+ years’ work experience
- Eagerness to contribute in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of Product Compliance
- Familiarity with Electric Motors
Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday
through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and
weekend work may be required as job duties demand
