Job Description:

Function:

Optimize the production organization of assembly methods, processes and equipment in order to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety.

Prepare the manufacturing procedure for assembly of electrical motors, maximizing efficiency, minimizing costs and producing the required quality by continuous optimization of manufacturing process.

 

Technical Tasks:

  1. Specify, justify, and develop manufacturing equipment for new or existing products to ensure that the designs can be manufactured safely, efficiently and in a repeatable manner,
  2. Develop and coordinate manufacturing/product cost reductions,
  3. Develop and maintain SOPs for manufacturing operations,
  4. Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for experimental, prototype, new and existing products,
  5. Procurement of production equipment operation material and fixtures,
  6. Design assembly fixtures,
  7. Process integration of procedures and products into production. This includes in particular the administration of master data, work plans including cycle time requirements, economic batch sizes, production plans, etc.
  8. Cause analysis and problem solving for problems during production, determine root cause, recommend and implement corrective action and coordinate long-term resolution
  9. Collaboration in creating, reviewing, changing and managing the process- and product - related documents for production.
  10. Equipment design, process and material flow planning, layout and operating resources planning, preparation of request for quotation documents for machines and operation material, logistics analysis and conceptions for facilities and operating equipment, benchmarking and monitoring of manufacturing processes

 

Experience and Skills:

Requirements:

  1. University degree, Mechanical engineering or Industrial engineering,
  2. More than 3 years working experiences of assembly fixture design in manufacturing field
  3. Manage standard working time and process flow. Strong knowledge of SAP system is preferred
  4. AutoCAD and SolidWorks knowledge
  5. Strong knowledge Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma is preferred.
  6. Knowledge in electrical motor manufacturing process is preferred

 

Specific Knowledge:

  1. Experience in executing projects, in a similar function of an industrial company with Strong analytical skills and theoretical background in mechanical systems.
  2. Analytical thinking (Ability to analyze complex relationships and interactions, understand and present),
  3. Assertiveness, Reasoning ability, Self-confident appearance, Prudence, Readiness for training
  4. Good communication skills, strong team spirit and responsible attitudes.
  5. Possesses self-motivation to take on additional responsibilities to enhance value to organization
  6. Troubleshooting skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Takes proactive ownership and responsibility for product quality at point of manufacture
  8. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse cultures and teams from around the world in a cross-functional environment
